Summary:

|
The Board shall consider the Lease Finance Agreement with Local Facilities Finance Corporation to finance the Construction Energy Conservation Services project provided by Schneider Electric for energy efficiency upgrades throughout the district. The District wishes to reduce energy consumption and costs to improve the energy quality and reliability in classroom and other district facilities. The District will use Prop 39 funds as well as this financing for the project. The District has received a letter from the County Office of Education confirming the District’s ability to pay this Lease Finance Agreement. |
