|
A case settled at the state level required districts to provide all students equal access to instructional materials, safe school, and quality teachers. A complaint alleging any deficiencies shall be filed with the principal and administration. A valid complaint shall be remedied with a reasonable time period not to exceed 30 working days from the date the complaint was received. There were no complaints filed during this reporting period. |
