Summary
:
Government Code Section 66006 requires all districts collecting Developer Fees to make an annual accounting of those fees available to the public, and requires that governing boards review the annual accounting at a regularly scheduled meeting.
This report is submitted for review by the Governing Board of Silver Valley Unified School District. Please note that the amount being reported is for revenue received into the Capital Facilities Fund from collection of Facility Fees only and does not report revenue from any other source. Copies of the report are also available to the public.
