Summary:
|
Silver Valley Unified School District applied for a Bottled Water Project grant through the State Cleanup and Abatement Account (CAA) and was determined by the State Water Resources Control Board to be eligible for funding pursuant to California Water Code, Division 7, Chapter 6, Article 3, Section 13440 et seq. This funding shall be used to cover bottled water costs at Newberry Springs Elementary School, the Alternative Education Center, and Silver Valley High School. SVUSD will obtain funding for reasonable and necessary Bottled Water Project costs up to $60,000 incurred on or after AUGUST 28, 2018, with all work to be completed by AUGUST 31, 2021.
