Summary:
|
As part of the ongoing efforts to make improvements at our school sites, we are providing those efforts to the Alternative Education Center and Yermo School.
Alternative Education Center: Room 18 exterior wall siding repair and paint, along with extended concrete sidewalk along said wall to prevent future water damage. Minor repair of tile work and walls in bathrooms. Repair and replacement of roofing eaves neat Room 11. Removal of deteriorating retaining wall and concrete near front entrance of school, reuse space to create additional parking spaces and bicycle parking. Deep cleaning of bathrooms and carpet extraction of up to 10 rooms. New flooring for MPR with Lyon's Flooring; NTE $26k. Total cost (NTE) $52,700.
Yermo School: Removal of 350 tons of waste dirt and debris from the rear of the school. Grading of dirt area near the south front parking lot, install gravel/base material for flood control. Total cost $8,800.
*Total job costs for one contractor exceeding $25k will have a performance and payment bond included at a cost of NTE 3%.
