Summary:
|
Yermo School's Room 1 experienced a water leak during the last storms. This leak has been evasive in nature throughout the years. The leak was initially thought to be coming from the roof and roof repairs were made, then it was thought to be coming from the ground, so we had a professional contractor investigate the leak. It has been discovered that the leak is coming from where the outer wood partition of the wall meets the roof line. Due to age, and weather, a void has been created, which allows water to flow inside and down the wall. The repair work is fairly extensive in that the existing wall header will need to be replaced, and reinstalled with an anti-leak barrier.
Bradley General Contractors is a trusted service provider with the District, and has completed several projects for us.
